Body Of Proof and Shark alum Jeri Ryan has booked a multi-episode arc on Amazon’s drama series Bosch. She will play Veronica Allen, a former stripper who married a prolific porn producer and now lives in luxury, turning a blind eye to her husband’s constant philandering. Bosch is a police procedural based on Michael Connelly‘s novels about a veteran homicide detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. Ryan, who recently wrapped a stint on the CW’s Arrow and recurs on TNT’s Major Crimes, is repped by ICM and Kyle Fritz Management.
Hannibal‘s Hugh Dancy has joined the cast of Hulu original drama series The Way from Jason Katims’ True Jack Prods. Created by Jessica Goldberg, The Way examines a couple, Eddie (Paul) and Sarah Cleary (Monaghan) at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power, with each episode taking an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want. Dancy will play Cal Roberts, the charismatic face of The Way, entangled in a complicated relationship with two other members of the movement, Sarah (Michelle Monaghan) and her conflicted husband, Eddie (Aaron Paul). Dancy is repped by UTA, United Agents and Gene Parseghian. The Way is scheduled to shoot in New York in September for premiere early next year.
