Description[]
France is a 25-year-old woman from the center of France. She is most distinguishable by her French accent, the propensity to proclaim "I'm France" at random intervals, and a dolphin-like laugh that April Fooze has described as dolphin-like. While a loner by nature, France has made new friends in the city and often attempts to commit crimes with strangers.
Having fallen to the bottom of the social ladder as a result of the economic crisis several years ago, France is keen to rebuild her life. The absence of her Bugatti Divo and her Electrocuties business is a great sorrow that she intends to make up for by working hard. She works regularly in order to restore her empire at Gruppe 6 but also at Snr. Buns where she was promoted to junior manager by Ms. Sunny Brooks.
France is also a huge anime fan who regularly talks about her love for the manga Jujutsu Kaisen and more specifically the character Toji Fushiguro, who is also her phone wallpaper.

France has an emo streak and it shows in her clothing styles. She is most often found wearing black, though she has been experimenting with styles recently. Much like her clothes her hair is black and is most often worn in pigtails. She regularly wears a black backpack and a nose piercing and almost always carries her signature black goggles. She has numerous tattoos and is covered in fairly distinctive freckles.
