She was born March 19, 1973, in Topeka, the daughter of Robert J. and Ruth I. (Masters) Dugan. She was a 1991 graduate of Topeka West High School and attended Washburn University.
Jennifer was employed by BNSF Railroad in Topeka for 16 years.
She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church and was a volunteer and treasurer for non-profit Silverbackks, Inc. She was co-founder and member of SilverSupper within Silverbackks.
Jennifer became the Beloved Wife of Brian “Jude” T. Quinn on April 25, 2009 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include her children, Payton N. Wettengel, Paige M. Corum, Camron M. Corum, Llewellyn M. Quinn and Tadhg D. Quinn; step-daughter, Josephine L. Quinn; her parents, Robert and Shelley Dugan; her mother, Ruth Whitaker; three siblings, Christopher (Diane) Dugan and Carrie (Phillip) Money of Topeka and Bryan (Brenna) Dugan of North Carolina.
Jennifer will lie in state for visitation after 4 p.m., Tuesday the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. A funeral ceremony will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 4211 NW Topeka Blvd., Topeka. Interment will follow at Rochester Cemetery, Topeka.
