By day, I'm a triathlon enthusiast turned Operations Project Manager, rocking it at Edenred Payment Solutions in the PSNM business line. 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? Leveraging my expertise in Fintech and the travel industry, I joined Edenred Payment Solutions shortly after its creation. My journey began 1.5 years ago with a mission: to scale up the operations of the virtual cards business. This involved diving into the integration process with the UK commercial team. It's been an exciting journey expanding into different verticals such corporate expenses, travel, and Embedded Finance (Buy Now, Pay Later). 🎤 What is your main role today? I lead process automation efforts for operations such as billing, onboarding, and compliance, while also ensuring consistent client data in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management). I collaborate closely with Edenred Pay in the US and Paytech teams in the UK to align and receive consistent data, enabling us to deliver optimal value to our clients. 🎤 What makes you wake up in the morning? I rise with the anticipation of a quick yoga or sports session. And of course, a cup of Colombian coffee awaits, fueling me with energy to kickstart the day on a high note. 🎤 What is your favorite movie of all time? I enjoy comedy, and through it might sound basic, but I resonate deeply with "Click," an Adam Sandler film. Its message about cherishing the present strikes a chord with me as life experiences have taught me never to take things for granted. 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? I thrive on the synergy within my team and the chance to interact with diverse people and cultures, which enhances my project management skills in handling multiple stakeholders. Being part of a large organization allows for continuous knowledge transfer between teams. For example, when faced with a project like the one undertaken by Mexico's IT team for their finance department a few years ago, I reached out to them for insights. Their input helped us quickly align the scope, giving us a better grasp of the project's complexity. #vibewithus

After several years of working, I made a big decision to challenge myself in a new country and culture, and France was my first choice. In 2015, I pursued a master course in General Management at IAE Aix Marseille, then spent 2 years intensively learning French. I have been working at the Edenred e-Quarter since 2019 as an ERP Business Analyst specializing in Oracle finance tool. 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? I started working at Edenred in 2019 as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consultant in the user support team. In the beginning of 2022, I officially joined the Edenred family as an employee. Today, I am working in the enhancement team where I have opportunities to approach different systems, particularly the financial tool of the Edenred Group. 🎤 What is your main role today? SAXO is the main accounting system of the Edenred Group, all accounting information is centralized in a single instance system. Sometimes, each Edenred Business Unit has their specific requirements. My main role is to work with countries to understand their business, propose solutions and implement them. 🎤 What is your guilty pleasure? I am passionate about food. I can enjoy a whole day in the kitchen cooking with my friends and family. Besides Asian food, sometimes I try to cook French and Italian dishes and if successful, it makes my day 😊 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? I can say the first thing that makes me vibe at Edenred is the great team that I work with: supportive, professional, dynamic. The second is plenty of opportunities and challenges that make me grow every day. #vibewithus

At the moment, I’m responsible for the internal and external communications for Edenred Technology worldwide. Such an amazing challenge and so exciting… I live in a small city near São Paulo (since I was born), which is fantastic – I can have the calm life of small city, next to the rush of a big city. I can say that I’m an adventurer. I love mountain climbing, skydiving, exploring volcanoes and bungee jumping, yeah… These kinds of crazy things! From Monday to Friday, I’m fully focused on the job, but on weekends, I love trying new things. 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? I joined Edenred in December 2021 as an Internal Communication Specialist for the Americas Region (9 countries). Since then, my career has been amazing. In 2022, I had the opportunity to start working with EDC Bucharest, in Romania. This year, I’ve been promoted to oversee Internal and External Comms for the entire global technology community (wow!) and I’m now focused on the Benefits & Engagement tech community, which is one of our Business Lines. 🎤 What is your main role today? My role at Edenred is to transform communication into something light, dynamic, creative and innovative. My main challenge is to manage the communications department and coordinate with all suppliers to showcase the power of Edenred's technology to the world. 🎤 What is your guilty pleasure? OMG! I love spending hours watching ‘Americas Got Talent’ (or any ‘Got Talent’ show from different countries). It’s so entertaining and I find myself crying over some of the acts. 🎤 What is the thing that you're the proudest of? I am super happy and proud to have the opportunity to provide life experiences for my family, that always supported me in reaching where I am today. 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? I love being part of this historic moment at Edenred. We’re on track to become one of the biggest Tech Players in the market, and it really gives me chills– a positive feeling! Being here, at this moment, is such a pleasure! The company’s values can align closely with my personal ambitions, and to top it off, I can be myself here without judgement. #vibewithus

Hello, I’m Carol Avila, a Colombian living in France, currently working as Head of Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management). 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? I started this beautiful journey at Edenred in September 2022, as Director of Americas Core. This role gave me the opportunity to get to know the amazing people working in Mexico and other regions, as well as familiarizing myself with Edenred’s key values which are part in our daily routines, challenging us to be part of something bigger, the group’s growth. Then in July 2023, my life took a 360° turn, my family and I relocated to France to embark on a new challenge in the e-quarter as Head of Global CRM, where I found a very committed team, eager to contribute to the organization's success. 🎤 What is your main role today? There are 4 main aspects on my role: -Be there for my team, anytime any moment: I’m crucial to the success of my team. -Responsible for the global rollout and support of Salesforce, Hubspot, Docusign, Own, Genesys and Zuora, our internal tools for Sales, Customer Services, Marketing and Billing teams. -Managing our strategic roadmap, including the evolution and innovation of the CRM tools from both business and technical perspectives. 🎤 What is your guilty pleasure? For sure, my guilty pleasure is Fútbol. I love to play, watch, and talk about it. It is a beautiful sport which inspires me with ideas on teamwork, celebrating successes and always being open minded to learn from results in order to improve and be prepared for the next challenges. 🎤 What is the song you just can’t stop listening to these days? Calm Down (Rema ft Selena Gomez), I really like to start my day smiling – this is my way to recharge my mind and body with positive energy - and this song gives me that, taking some minutes to dance and smile. On other days I do the same with Nochecita (Herencia de Timbiquí). 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? To be part of the Global Digital Transformation. Hello, I’m Jayme Anchante, a 32-year-old Brazilian living in France, currently working as Lead Data Sciencist. 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? I began consulting for Edenred in 2020 as a data scientist. I joined Edenred in 2021 as an internal data scientist for Global Technology Americas. In 2022, I started leading the Americas initiatives and in September 2023 I began working at e-Quarter overseeing all the global data science projects. 🎤 What is your main role today? Along with my amazing team, I’m responsible for the data science and AI global projects at Edenred, focusing on: -Building and maintaining the global data science deliverables -Driving innovation by testing new AI models and tools, exploring Edenred data to identify new potential use cases -Animating the data science community 🎤 What is your best memory at Edenred? The recent Tech Leaders Seminar 2024 was a great opportunity to see the company’s technology strategy and planning of the company. We had the chance to meet our chief technology officers and tech leaders from all over the world, the presentations and workshops were very interesting and relevant. Of course, it was a lot of fun as well, the breaks and above all the party🎉 🎤 What makes you wake up in the morning? My field of work, Data science and AI, is rapidly evolving, each month a company launches a state-of-the-art model, new techniques are being developed, last year it was about multimodality, while this year, it is about agents. I like reading and listening to podcasts about these innovations, trying new models both personally and professionally, participating in this movement is what drives me. 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? My amazing team and the innovation we are driving at Edenred. #vibewithus
