Poor. Was given false info regarding approval process and expected delivery time. I cancelled the order via phone, which was confirmed there and then, however QC checks and despatch still commenced hours later, so now I'm going through the cancelled contract route, for a contract that shouldn't have been entered and which was confirmed by Fonehouse as being cancelled before inception. Great. Not.
Update following response: You're already aware of my reasons for cancelling, although the person didn't cancel so probably didn't log the reasons therefore either. Regardless, you've had enough of my time hence I will not discuss further.
