Poor

Poor. Was given false info regarding approval process and expected delivery time. I cancelled the order via phone, which was confirmed there and then, however QC checks and despatch still commenced hours later, so now I'm going through the cancelled contract route, for a contract that shouldn't have been entered and which was confirmed by Fonehouse as being cancelled before inception. Great. Not.

Update following response: You're already aware of my reasons for cancelling, although the person didn't cancel so probably didn't log the reasons therefore either. Regardless, you've had enough of my time hence I will not discuss further.

Simple process, Great choice, Great value, Great Service

Simple to order for my upgrade, no upgrade fee to upgrade up to 75 days early, and far better value phone/plan bundles.

I have been wary of upgrading via third parties but due to the lack of decent orders from Vodafone directly I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did!!!!

Fonehouse have a great range of phones and offer packages Vodafone e could only dream of, yet my billing all still goes through my existing Vodafone plan.

I ordered at 10pm on Thursday evening, my phone was dispatched on Friday morning and delivered on Saturday via DPD, I really can't fault the service.

Rest assured when my renewal comes round again in 2 years I will be visiting Fonehouse again!!

I haven’t received my handset yet as…

I haven’t received my handset yet as DPD delivered it to the wrong person. I am very angry about it as I’m still paying for my old supplier and am out of contract and was meant to switch supplier on Tuesday

Tight purchase security
My husband ordered me a replacement handset on my credit card, and because the names did not match letter for letter, the order was cancelled. I applaud this level of security. However, when a person has no access to their emails due to their phone being inaccessible, to find a message a day later that says your order is cancelled, is highly frustrating. It would have been useful to be able to log a contact number that a text could be sent to in the interim, so that the item could be reordered.

Gave 5 stars as phone answered quickly then efficient irish girl told me straight away why my next Vodafone payment would be higher than expected as just changed from sim only to a contract with new iphone. All made sense and took no time at all.

It is great service really

Great customer service

I ordered a new mobile from Fonehouse to be delivered today. It could not be left in a safe place. As I work 30 miles away from home address it was pretty unlikely that I would be able to receive it and the only alternative DPD delivery would also be when I was at work. So I phoned Fonehouse customer service and spoke to Kayla Wilson who very kindly upgraded my delivery to Saturday morning before 10.30 am. Kayla could not have been more helpful. So thank you Fonehouse for such good deals and thank you Kayla for being knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and very courteous 😊👏👏

V impressed

Purchased a new iPhone and traded in my old one. V efficient service - I received my new phone straight away. I sent my old phone off and the money was in my account immediately. I read so many reviews of other companies where people have sent their phones off only to be given a knockdown price when it was received so I was sceptical. However, I was paid straight away the exact amount quoted. V impressed.

I was sceptical as I had never heard of…

I was sceptical as I had never heard of Fonehouse before. After reading reviews across the internet and Reddit I took the jump. I ordered around 19:30 and the phone was delivered by DPD the following day. Porting my number from EE to Vodafone was really simple. Pleasantly surprised at the communication from Fonehouse throughout. I'd recommend and would/will use again.

Great first purchase from Fonehouse

Great first purchase from Fonehouse. Everything went smoothly and even when their was a technical issue with some documents a quick webchat sorted the issue super fast. I'll be keeping them in mind for upgrades for other family members as well.
